Auction Terms and Conditions: 

• No credit card fees. 
•  Add a $10 shipping and handling fee in the USA. International winners are responsible for the cost of shipping and duty.  
• All California residents will add sales tax. 

• Auction Rules: Sorry, No sniping! All auctions operate with shootout rules… meaning all bids placed in the last 5 minutes of an auction will ADD 5 minutes to the timer. The LAST unchallenged bid AFTER 5 minutes will be the winner. By bidding, you are agreeing to have fun and to allow us to settle all disputes as we see fit.  
• Once closed, the winner needs to text in their full name, shipping address, email address and note “AUCTION WINNER” to our team at 909.288.4422 
• The winner will receive a payment link and has 24 hours to submit their payment to complete the transaction with Trust My Jeweler Diamond Club, otherwise, you will forfeit your winning bid and the auctioned item.
