A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days of the original shipping date from our facility.

Our Pillars of Eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones and diamonds per finger size, cannot be resized. Please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our online ring sizer tool.

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item.
Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according the exchange rate at the time of refund. We are not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund.
We are not responsible for exchange fees or any other fee that is charged by the customer’s financial institution. For credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for the credit to appear.

We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.
We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
